Gary Daniel is Counsel to the firm.  He practises intellectual property law, including trademark, copyright and trade secrets and related litigation.

Practice Areas

Gary's practice extends from the prosecution of trademark applications through to litigation of intellectual property rights.  He appears in the courts of the Province of Ontario, as well as the Federal Court of Canada and before the Trademark Opposition Board.

Gary has thirty years' experience in the intellectual property field.  He advises clients in complex licensing issues and has acted as intellectual property counsel in major corporate transactions.

Gary is also involved in charitable organizations and for many years sat on the National Board of Directors of Special Olympics Canada where he continues to serve as Ombudsperson.
