Practice Areas
Lauren’s areas of practice focus on intellectual property litigation, and the preparation and prosecution of patent, trade-mark and industrial design applications. Lauren’s practice also includes business transactions, licensing and advising on regulatory matters, including advertising, marketing, packaging and labelling. Her experience includes Trade-marks Opposition Board proceedings, as well proceedings under the Patented Medicines (Notice of Compliance) Regulations.
