Oren’s areas of practice focus include intellectual property litigation, trade-mark oppositions and other intellectual property and information technology matters.

Oren is a member of the Toronto Intellectual Property Group, the Toronto Computer Lawyers Group, the Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association.

Seminars and Publications

Oren has written frequently for the E-TIPS newsletter since 2006, and regularly writes about issues in intellectual property law.

Credentials

Oren received his LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario in 2008. While attending law school, Oren summered with the firm.
Oren also received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ryerson University under the Information Technology Management program with a major in Telecommunications and a minor in Law.
Oren summered and articled with the firm and joined the firm as an associate upon his call to the Ontario Bar in 2009.

Personal Interests

Oren enjoys spending his spare time playing volleyball, basketball, hockey, skiing and attending concerts.
