Regulatory Matters: We advise on regulatory applications, trials, approvals and lobbying which may be required to clear products and technology for use in Canada.

Litigation: Our litigators represent clients in injunctions, infringements, impeachments, actions, oppositions and administrative hearings before federal and provincial courts and regulatory bodies.
