The Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario has released a report on developments in access to information and privacy legislation throughout Canada from September 2001 to August 2002. The report covers all 14 jurisdictions, and the response, or lack thereof, of the provinces and territories to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
