DWW is pleased to welcome Olalekan (Wole) Akinremi to the firm as an Associate. Wole practise covers a variety of information technology matters, including advising clients on software implementation, software development, SaaS, and licensing agreements.
In his previous roles, Wole worked in-house as legal counsel for two Fortune 500 insurance companies. Most recently, Wole was legal counsel at a big four professional services firm, where he was responsible for drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts, with an emphasis on technology-related agreements.
