Matt Frontini is an associate of the firm. He practises intellectual property law with an emphasis on intellectual property litigation.
Matt's practice focuses on intellectual property litigation. He started out as scientist, earning his PhD in biochemistry from the University of Western Ontario and publishing the results of his research regarding vascular disease and regenerative medicine in preeminent journals including Nature Biotechnology and Circulation Research. Matt loves to take his knowledge and passion for biochemistry and combine it with his legal acumen to deliver outstanding results for his clients.
Prior to joining the firm, Matt was an associate with another prominent intellectual property litigation boutique in Toronto. His experience includes, in addition to pharmaceutical work, litigation and regulatory approval work related to electronic gambling systems in several different jurisdictions in the United States.
Matt has represented clients before the Federal Court and the Federal Court of Appeal of Canada, Federal District Courts of the Western District of Kentucky and the Northern District of Oklahoma, the Ontario Superior Court, the Ontario Divisional Court, and the Ontario Small Claims Court.
