Jennifer Davidson will co-chair the Canadian Technology Law Association (CAN-TECH) 2026 Annual Fall Conference, together with Julia Johnson, Assent, at the Fairmont Chateau Laurier in Ottawa on October 15-16, 2026. The theme of this year’s conference is “Prompting Tomorrow: Shaping Next-Gen Law from Innovation to Implementation in the AI Era”.

The CAN-TECH Annual Fall Conference is a two-day program. This conference will provide an opportunity to learn about the most recent and significant developments in Canadian and international technology law, to benefit from an analysis of such developments as provided by leading practitioners and government officials, and to network with leading practitioners.
