On September 18, 2025, Jennifer R. Davidson will speak on a panel entitled “Decoding Cybersecurity Clauses, Standards, and Best Practices” hosted by the Toronto Computer Lawyers’ Group (TCLG) at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP.

Jennifer will be joined by Bradley Limpert (Limpert & Associates) and Nick McAlister (City of Toronto) to discuss the importance of and challenges associated with common cybersecurity clauses in technology agreements, the requirements to comply with specific technical standards (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, and SOC 2 Type II reporting), and general best practices.
