On October 30, 2025, Jennifer R. Davidson will moderate a session on Legal Regulation in the Cybersecurity and Resilience Track at the International Technology Law Association (ITECHLAW)  2025 European Conference in London, England.

Jennifer will be joined by a panel of experts, including Babak Tabeshian (LFR Wirtschaftsanwӓlte), Piotr Filipowski (WKB Lawyers), and Akash Karmakar (Panag & Babu) to discuss the increasing international cyber regulation through a panel discussion and interactive scenario. The Cyber and Resilience Track will also discuss management of ransom demands and cyber related litigation.
