On May 16,  2025, Jennifer R Davidson will speak on a panel titled "Know Thy Enemy: Harnessing Global Threat Intelligence to Combat Rising Ransomware Risks" at the ITechLaw 2025 World Technology Law Conference in San Diego, California.

Jennifer will join a panel of experts, including Jason Kotler (CyberSteward), Ryan Smith (FTI Consulting), and Nicholas Arico (Baker McKenzie), to discuss pressing topics related to ransomware today, including types of ransomware attacks, the leading ransomware gangs, the dilemma and legalities surrounding paying ransom, and a victim organization’s obligations of transparency and accountability. The panel will be moderated by Lorena Botelho (Urbano Vitalino Advogados).
