On May 13, 2026, Jennifer R. Davidson will speak on a panel titled “Platform Safety: Legal Frontiers in the Age of Algorithmic Power” at the Data Protection Committee Meeting at the International Technology Law Association (ITechLaw) 2026 World Technology Law Conference.

Jennifer will be joined by Dov Scherzer (Scherzer Law Group) and Dr. Johannes Juranek (CMS) to discuss how international legal frameworks address content moderation, liability, and transparency for algorithmic-driven platforms and the evolving responsibilities of platforms as arbiters of digital spaces.

Jennifer serves as Chair of the Data Protection Committee at the International Technology Law Association.
