The gender pay gap continues to be an issue in the legal and technology sectors. The Globe and Mail recently reported that female law partners earn nearly 25% less than their male counterparts. There is evidence to support that the pandemic has had a disproportionate effect on women in the workforce. It is important now, more than ever, that we bring these issues to the forefront to elicit potential solutions. Join this session moderated by Jennifer R Davidson and Lisa Danay Wallace as Aaron Baer, Breanna Needham, and Aisha Ramakrishnan draw on their diverse experiences to shed light on meaningful steps we can take to narrow the gap.
