DWW Commentary on Amendments to Personal Health Information Protection Act

On June 1, 2020, Deeth Williams Wall LLP's Information Technology Group provided a commentary highlighting some of the significant amendments of the Personal Health Information Protection Act, 2004 through Bill 138 and Bill 188 that are not yet in force and why organizations dealing with electronically-stored personal health information should be prepared for these changes once they become enforceable.
