Deeth Williams Wall LLP is proud to announce that Jennifer R. Davidson will receive the Rising Star Award for the Ontario Bar Association Information Technology and Intellectual Property Law Section. The Rising Star Award will be presented at a ceremony on April 28, 2026, at the OBA Conference Centre in Toronto.
The Rising Star Award was established in 2022 by the OBA’s IT & IP Law Section to acknowledge exceptional members of the Section for their leadership, high standards of professional competence and contribution to the IT and IP bars.
Jennifer’s practice encompasses a wide range of IP and IT related matters, including cybersecurity, data protection, complex technology matters, privacy compliance, S/I/PaaS, IP protection and commercialization, particularly with respect to emerging technologies and machine learning algorithms. Jennifer is also a frequent speaker and writer on technology, cybersecurity, privacy and intellectual property law.
