Anna Troshchynsky is an associate of the firm. She practises information technology and intellectual property law.
Anna's practice covers a variety of intellectual property and information technology matters, including pharmaceutical regulatory law and litigation, privacy and data protection, and considerations around product regulation and marketing. She conducts patent searches and advises on issues relating to patentability and infringement. Anna also has experience in patent prosecution, specifically drafting patent applications.
Anna holds a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Ottawa and a Master of Science degree in Biology from York University. During her legal studies, Anna interned at one of Canada’s leading e-commerce companies, where she worked closely with the in-house commercial legal team in the areas of information technology, privacy, and contract negotiation. As a graduate student, she focused on immunology studies and was awarded the Frederick Banting and Charles Best Canada Graduate Scholarship for her thesis in the area of antibody gene recombination.
Anna first joined DWW as a summer student in 2016 and completed her articles with the firm in 2019.
