Anna Troshchynsky is a student-at-law of the firm. She received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Ottawa (2018).
Anna practices in the areas of information technology and intellectual property law.
During her legal studies, Anna was actively involved with the law school’s peer review academic journal, the Ottawa Law Review Journal, and volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada. Throughout her last year of law school, Anna interned at one of Canada’s leading e-commerce companies, where she worked closely with the in-house commercial legal team in the areas of information technology, privacy, and contract negotiation.
Prior to pursuing her law degree, Anna worked as a research assistant in a structural biology laboratory where she was focused on investigating protein-protein interactions. During her graduate studies, Anna studied the polymorphic variants of a specialized DNA polymerase enzyme involved in antibody gene recombination. Anna was awarded the Frederick Banting and Charles Best Canada Graduate Scholarship by the Canadian Institute of Health Research for her research.
Anna first joined DWW as a summer student in 2016.
