Gordon Jepson is the managing partner of the firm. He practises regulatory and intellectual property law, with a focus on drug, food, nutraceutical (natural health product/dietary supplement), and other regulatory issues, as well as related litigation.

Imtiaz Karamat is an associate lawyer of the firm. He practises in the areas of intellectual property, information technology, cybersecurity, technology contracting, and privacy law.

Victoria Di Felice is an associate of the firm.  She practises in the areas of intellectual property, information technology and regulatory law.
